Escape Room FAQ
The escape room runs entirely in your browser — no download needed. You will need a video call app (free to download) for the live Game Master session. Your booking confirmation includes both links and full instructions.
Your Game Master is a real person who hosts your session on a live video call. They kick off the adventure, stay on camera the whole time, drop hints when your team gets stuck & celebrate every win. They play as Meep — our lovable Gaemster mascot!
Sessions run Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Mini Rooms run from 6PM on Fridays, afternoons and evenings on weekends. Standard Rooms have multiple slots Friday through Sunday. Book early — weekend slots fill up fast!
No worries! Your GM will walk you through any unsolved puzzles at the end of the session so everyone gets the full story. You can also book a replay session to try again — your GM will mix up the hints to keep it fresh!
Yes! Whether you book a Mini Room for 2 or fill it to the max of 4 — the price is always $60 flat. Same for Standard Room — $120 whether you have 5 or 8 players. Bring your whole crew!
Absolutely! We love corporate teams and classrooms. For larger groups (9+ players) join our waitlist for the Group Room and Tournament Room coming soon. For custom scheduling and invoicing email support@gaemster.com.
