How it works
Rates & delivery times

Need it faster? Express shipping (1–3 business days after production) is available for many addresses — you’ll see the price at checkout.
Tracking
You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.
Customs & duties
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country; these are the recipient’s responsibility. Some orders to the UK and Canada ship with duties prepaid — you’ll see this at checkout.
Addresses & lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address — we can’t change an order once production starts. If tracking says delivered but you can’t find your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier, then email us your order number.
