The ground rules for playing, competing and shopping on Gaemster. Short version: play fair and have fun.

Using Gaemster
By using gaemster.com, you agree to these terms. Gaemster games are free to play for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t try to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, or copy our games or artwork to redistribute them.
Leaderboards & display names
Choose a display name that isn’t offensive, impersonating or misleading. Scores must come from normal play — no cheating, bots or tampering. We may remove names or scores that break these rules and reset leaderboards when needed.
Your progress
Game progress is stored in your browser and can be lost if browser data is cleared. Games and features may change over time, and progress may occasionally reset when a game is updated.
Purchases
Shop items are made to order. Prices, shipping and returns are explained on product pages, our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds. Payments are processed by WooPayments, PayPal and Stripe. Gaemster+ is a membership for players; its terms will be published when it launches.
Plugins, software & subscriptions
Gaemster WordPress plugins, software and online services are covered by our Software License & Subscription Terms, which explain licenses, renewals, lifetime licenses, acceptable use and refunds. If those terms and these terms ever conflict about a product, the License & Subscription Terms apply.
Intellectual property
Gaemster, Meep, the Gaemster universes, games, stories and artwork belong to Gaemster Game Studio. Sharing links to games you love is always welcome!
Disclaimers
The site and games are provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Gaemster isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; when we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA.
