Because every item is made just for you, we don’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product before you order.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
